Why do some Christians say there are no laws in the New Testament and then claim ity is a sin ?

actually i think its not walking in the revelation that a person gets when they are born again that is the sin ... nobody is going to keep performing the sinful deeds of the flesh if they are following after Jesus and walking on the narrow path to life ... but every one that comes to Christ does so while they are still sinners ..
