Girlfriend wants to break up with me how do i get her back?

she says i don't talk with her enough but we talk all the time. i respond to all her calls, all her emails, all her ims, and we hang out at school and on the weekends all the time. i buy her stuff and take her anywhere she wants to go, buit she says I'm boring and that we woulkd be better off going our separate ways but I'm in love with her and I was going to propose to her next week. what can i do to get her back?!!
