Is there a creationism group that does not have as main goal to oppose evolution theory?

I have no problem with creationists, as such. They are entitled to their religious belief. Nor do I have a problem with "religious belief" taught as such in public schools. I think a unit in world religions, taught with respect and in good taste, belongs in the elementary social studies curriculum. It does not belong in the science curriculum as an alternate theory of creation.
