Whats wrong with my my gas grill?

My char-broil propane gas grill isn't working. One burner won't work at all. The valve just spins.The others have very low flame on just one end. This is only 2yrs old and was quite expensive. It worked great last year. The propane tank is pretty full but it is last yrs thanx for any input.
