What are those symptoms for?

so i had anorexia for 4 months now and i am in recovery for two weeks i have gained 2kg in those weeks on around 2500 calorie diet but now i am having headaches and heart rate of almost 90 beat per minute when resting and my body fells hot like i have fever so what is that ? and will my weight stabalize soon on this diet and how soon and thank you
