Is this a good price for a 2010 Toyota Camry LE?

They added in alloy wheels and upgraded stereo system and bluetooth. Dealer offered $20,300 including taxes and fees. Is this a good deal? This is after the $3500 rebate. We offered $20,000 and they let us walk.
