How do other countries feel about Hugo Chavez?

I'm sure different countries have mixed opinions about him, but I particularly don't like him because of what he thinks of us Americans. He needs to calm down and realize that we are a country too. We just got a new president, so we are happy about that and he should leave us alone. Let him mind his own business.
