Can i sue my mother and sister for making false allegations to child protective services ?

keep detailed records of things that happen between you and them. you will have to be able to establish proof, knowing what happened, when where how, etc. will add to your credibility. if it has done real damage (counseling, problems for the kids due to this) you may be able to at sue them in small claims court for intentional infliction of emotional harm. but you do need to establish proof as to how this is the case, hence, taking notes, recording conversations, etc. in order to provide proof.
